Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
As described in our Privacy Policy, we already use any sensitive personal information you provide (e.g. quiz answers about tension, sleep or mood) only to deliver the personalized ritual you requested and for security — uses that fall within the CPRA §1798.121(d) exceptions. Account-level & cross-device opt-out
To opt out across all devices and accounts associated with your email, send a request from your email address to privacy@italianresetmethod.com. We verify your request and confirm completion within 15 business days (sale/share opt-out) or 45 days (other requests).
Authorized agent requests
You may use an authorized agent. The agent must send a written, signed authorization from you (or a power of attorney) to privacy@italianresetmethod.com. We may still ask you to confirm directly that you authorized the request and to verify your identity.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any privacy right.
